Please Note:
Your Order IDs were included in the booking request email you received when you submitted your booking request.
Each Order ID represents one trip leg (i.e., a one-way ride).
Example:
If you booked a round trip (pickup and return), you will have 2 Order IDs — one for each leg of the journey.
A trip from your home to the clinic is one Order ID. The return trip back home is a separate Order ID.
