Cancellation & Emergency Credit Policy

At Wishhealth, we value your time and ours. Because each trip is scheduled with dedicated resources, we’ve established the following cancellation guidelines to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.

Standard Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up: Eligible for a full refund minus the convenience fee or a credit toward a future trip.

  • 24 hours or less before pick-up: Non-refundable. No credit or refund will be issued unless due to a verified emergency (see below).

Emergency Cancellations & Hospital Admissions

If a cancellation or no-show is due to a medical emergency or hospital admission, clients may:

  1. Receive a full credit for the missed trip, valid toward a future booking with Wishhealth.

  2. Request a refund (instead of credit), pending:

    • Verification of emergency (e.g., doctor's note).

    • The convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To report an emergency and request a credit or refund:

  • Email support@wishhealth.org with your name, trip details, and emergency documentation within 72 hours of the missed appointment.

Wishhealth reserves the right to verify all emergency claims before issuing credits or refunds.
